Glenn M. Latham, 93, of Venice, FL passed away on Monday, May 9, 2022. He was born in Spokane, WA on November 27, 1928, to Hesper and Flossie Latham. Glenn graduated from the University of Maryland with a BA in Political Science, was certified Professional Gemologist, served in the United States Air Force for over 20 Years and worked for the National Security Agency (NSA) for over 24 years. Glenn was one of the first to receive NSA’s prestigious Gold Bug Award. He is survived by his 4 children, Vicki, Glenda, Greg, and Todd; 8 grandchildren, Elizabeth, Travis, Tina, Ann, Steven, Heidi Lynn, Veneill and Christopher; 14 great grandchildren, Wyatt, Meadow, Odin, Apollo, Alexandra, Josh, Cody, Brandon, Tremaine, Arianna, Ashley, Steven Jr, Elijah and Kayden; 9 great-great grandchildren; his brother Loriel Latham; niece, Carol; and 3 nephews, Carl, Ray and Jim. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Virginia Latham, his grandson Michael, and his parents. Glenn was a Shriner, Scottish Rite 33rd degree and Mason. In lieu of flowers, donations in honor of Glenn, may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children www.shrinerschildrens.org.
