Gregory Charles Vandeputte, Jr., 58, of Colorado Springs, Colorado, passed away July 5, 2021 in Colorado Springs.He was born December 12, 1962 to Greg and Dixie Vandeputte in Kassel, Germany.Greg went to high school at Doherty High School and received his GED in 1982. He served in the military for four years as active duty, followed by the reserves. Greg worked as a security guard for various security companies for over twenty years.He is survived by his wife of sixteen years, April of Colorado Springs; children, Cory Vandeputte, Jennifer (Tommie) Sentman, Cassandra (Arnold) Minard, Devon Vandeputte, and Brandon Vandeputte; three grandchildren, Liam, Anna, and Lily; parents, Greg and Dixie Vandeputte; and his mother-in-law, Lelia Sentman.Visitation, 12:00PM-1:00PM, Funeral Service immediately following, 1:00PM, Sunday, July 11, 2021, The Springs Funeral Services, 3115 East Platte Avenue, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80904.Private Interment, Pikes Peak National Cemetery, 10545 Drennan Road, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80925.
