Hans Adolf Winn, age 84, of Nokomis, FL died on April 11, 2014. He was born on January 1, 1930 in KielGermany, and came to the Nokomis area from Los Angeles, CA. Hans was an 8th generation daredevil circus performer and musician, retiring in 2008. He was a member of the Venice Masonic Lodge, the Detroit Shrine, the German Soccer Club of Sarasota, and the Showfolks Club of Sarasota. Surviving family members include his wife, Roverta; sons Johann, Michael, Karl, Nickolaus, and Hans Peter; daughters Natalia and Nellie; brothers John and Karl; sisters Helen and Marianne; and 9 grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on December 6th 11 AM at St. Martha's Catholic Church in Sarasota, 200 North Orange Avenue, Sarasota, FL 34236 (ph 941-366-4210).
