March 12th, 1936 - December 15th, 2020
Harvey E. Horsley, age 84, of Nokomis, FL, passed away on December 15, 2020. He was born on March 12, 1936 in Rexton, KY to Willard and Ora Horsley. Harvey retired from Kroger Bakery in Columbus, Ohio Harvey will always be remembered as a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Charlotte; daughter Diane Dean (Stanley); son Kevin Kahrig (Christy); 4 grandchildren whom he dearly loved, Karlo Kitanovski, Natalie Kitanovski, Harrison Kahrig (Kayla) and Zachary Kahrig; and 1 great-grandchild, Priscilla Kahrig. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Norman Horsley and Ishmeal Horsley, six sisters, Alma Chaffin, Mary Thurman, Alice Hicks, Helen Bloomfield, Olive Smith and Evelyn Horsley. A memorial service will be held at the South Trail Church of Christ with Terry Chapman presiding. Interment will be at Friendship Cemetery in Lewisville, Ohio.
