PELION: Funeral service for Henry Furman Williamson, 71, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, February 9, 2013, in the Chapel of Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington, officiated by Rev. John Edward Richburg . The family will receive friends from 12 until 1 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home. Burial will be private. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, 128 Stonemark Lane, Columbia, SC 29210. Thompson Funeral Home of Lexington is assisting the family. Mr. Williamson passed away Thursday, February 7, 2013. Born in Columbia, SC, he was a son of the late James Alton Williamson and Lila Crummie Williamson. Survivors include: his loving wife of 13 years, Carolyn Lyles Williamson of Pelion; daughters, Cindy Reed of West Columbia, Angela Millen of Lexington and Tracy Steagall of Indianapolis, IN; son, Mark Breedlove of St. Matthews; brother, James C. Williamson of Lexington; ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Mr. Williamson was preceded in death by daughter, Melody Williamson and brothers, Robert and William Williamson.
