Herman E. Bridgeford 75 of Marina,California passed away Sept. 20,2010 at Community Hospital after a short illness. He was born June 14,1935 in Franklin County, Indiana. The son of the late Rawn H. and Thelma (Patterson)Bridgeford. He was a reitred plumber out of local 62. He served in the United States Army. He belonged to the VFW Post 811. He loved fishing and traveling. Survived by his wife Jeannie, daughter Vicki Williams and husband Frank. Grandchildren David,Dana,Jerry,Christopher,Christina and 2 Great Granddaughters Alona and Jessica. Two brothers Herb Bridgeford of Tennessee, Irvin(Pauline) Bridgeford of Eato, Ohio. Three sisters Rose(Bob) Reynolds of Fairfield, Ohio, Reba(Arlie) Alcorn of Camden, Ohio and Debra(Hubert) Ledford of Eaton, Ohio. Sister-in-law Evelyn Bridgeford and Charlene Bridgeford. Many family and friends who loved him very much. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Doris Bridgeford and Ronni Bridgeford, two brothers Lonnie Bridgeford and Trevor Bridgeford. Visitation Tuesday 9/29/2010 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am with funeral to follow at 11:00 am all at Mission Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel in Seaside, CA. Arrangement by the Seaside Funeral Home.

Mission Memorial Park
For almost 100 years, our cemetery has served the residents of the Monterey Bay Area. Mission Memorial Park opened in 1934 as Mission Memorial Cemetery and for many years was run by the City of Monterey. In 1988, Monterey Peninsula Mortuary opened on the grounds of our beautiful Seaside location. In 2007 we closed our Chapel of Seaside at our Noche Buena location and merged the two to become Mission Mortuary & Memorial Park....
