Isaac Mireles
December 14th, 1977 - May 31st, 2023
Isaac Mireles, 45, of Greeley Colorado passed away on May 31, 2023. He was born on December 14, 1977, to Dora Mireles and Glenn Chambers in Andrews,Texas. He moved to Colorado when he was 8 years old where he spent the rest of his life in Greeley. He graduated from Greeley West High School in 1996, where he played his favorite sport football, he also played basketball and was the president of the LULAC club. After high school, he attended Aims Community College and quickly began his career in IT Clinical Application Support. On May 23, 1998, Isaac married his high school sweetheart Norma Pedraza. They welcomed their daughter, Whitley, on August 20th, 2004, and 2 years later welcomed Kaden, on December 8, 2006. Isaac loved his kids more than anything and did everything he could to provide comfort and laughter for his family. Isaac loved to cook and make new recipes, he enjoyed barbecuing and making sausage. He loved watching football and lifting weights. He also loved listening to all kinds of music and collecting T-shirts with funny slogans. Isaac’s faith has been an essential part of his life. After becoming a member of Crossway Church in 2011, he was a very dedicated member of his church community. Isaac loved reading scripture and sharing the love of Jesus with his wife and children. He was the loudest voice in the crowd when singing worship and his powerful love for God was the biggest part of his life. Isaac is survived by Norma Mireles of Greeley; daughter Whitley and son Kaden of Greeley; siblings, Santanna Mireles of Greeley, and Marlena Mireles of Greeley; mother, Dora Mireles of Texas; and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews, and friends. Isaac held many titles throughout his life, from athlete to chef, but his favorite role was being a father. He truly loved his children. He enjoyed being there for them whether it was being the proudest dad in the basketball stands to teaching them how to type home row on a keyboard. All the little things he loved being there for. Being a dad was his greatest accomplishment. A Life Celebration Service will be at 1:00 pm Monday, June 12, 2023, at Greeley First Assembly Church. 3000 16th St, Greeley, CO 80634.
