Jacqueline S. "Jackie" Snyder

Jacqueline S. Snyder (Imperiali), 77, of Braintree, MA passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 18 in Wellington, Florida. Born August 13, 1940 to Joseph & Victoria Imperiali, she was preceded in death and reunited with her husband Donald H. Snyder and her beloved sister Joanne P. Clairmont (Gilbert). Jacqueline (Jackie) is survived by her daughter Dr Kimberly D. Snyder and James Gilchrist her beloved triplet grandsons, Tanner J. Gilchrist, Brady J. Gilchrist, Justin D. Gilchrist all of Wellington, FL, her niece Lisa and Jimmy Cotone, great nieces Victoria P. Cotone, Sophia L. Cotone of Plymouth, MA, her cousins Richie and Pat Bonvie of Ft Lauderdale, FL, and Paul J. and Cindi Basile of North Attleboro, MA. Jackie was also the stepmother to her husband's children, Ronald Snyder of Meredith, NH, Donald and Linda Snyder of Meredith, NH, and Donna Snyder of Venice, FL. Jackie was known by all to be a hard worker. She opened her first beauty salon at the age of 16 in South Braintree and later moved to Venice, FL where she and her husband Donald resided for over 45 years. She owned and ran Cameo Beauty Salon on Venice Avenue during those years. After her retirement in 2006, Jackie enjoyed her time always helping others and in 2009 the arrival of her triplet grandsons. She would always tell the story of how she came to visit her grandchildren on the east coast and ended up moving permanently with them. Jackie enjoyed many of trips in the RV with her family traveling the east coast visiting family and friends. She had a life long love affair with chocolates, ricotta pie, cannolis, and shopping. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Parkinson Disease Association in Jackie's name. Burial service will be Wednesday, May 23 at 10am at Venice Memorial Gardens in Venice, FL. A memorial service will also be at a later date at St Theresa de Liseux in Wellington, FL followed by a dessert party (Jackie's favorite).
