James Barnhart,
October 11th, 1946 - March 22nd, 2019
James Barnhart, 72, of Ocklawaha, Florida passed away March 22, 2019 at his home. He was the husband of Sherry Barnhart for many years. James was born in Zanesville, Ohio a son of the late Charles and Frances Barnhart. He was a Veteran of the US Army. Prior to his retirement he worked for Marion County as a Master Carpenter. James will be deeply missed by his wife, Sherry and daughter, Margaret Louise Barnhart of Ocklawaha, FL and son, Mark Allen Barnhart of Ocklawaha, FL. He was the grandfather of Andrew James Cruikshank, Joshua Allen Cruikshank, Matthew Ryan Cruikshank, Britney Nicole Dunn, Cortney Richelle Dunn and Alyssa Barnhart. He is also survived by brothers, Charles Barnhart, Bill Barnhart and Gary Barnhart. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Charles Norman Barnhart and sister Carol Miller. The family will receive friends at Hiers Baxley Funeral Service, 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL, 34470 on Saturday, March 30, 2019 from 11:00AM - 1:00PM with the Funeral Service at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Ocala, FL. Condolences may be left at Hiers-Baxley.com
