What can I say about my brother. He was a wonderful man. He was fun growing up with. He was funny, sarcastic, loving, compassionate and a down to earth kind of guy. He told you like it was. He was real. I am so grateful I spent time with him before he passed. I will miss him terribly. I will love him always.

Thinking how very grateful I am that Jim came to NY in recent years, giving us all the opportunity to share our love while visiting/laughing/breaking shoes....to know without doubt the intervening years had changed nothing, that a quick wit and thick skin remained core requirements in the Carrozo/Mannix families. To be with Jim when he laughed and smiled is a gift that remains in my heart. I pray that Matt and all, can, in time, feel the peace and joy Jim now lives, reunited with his beloved Marlene, parents, John, all of the family. We give our loved ones back to God, and just as He first gave them to us, and did not lose them in the giving, so we have not lost them in returning them to Him...for life is eternal, love is immortal, death is but a horizon, and a horizon is nothing but the limit of our earthly sight.
