JAMES MICHAEL ROMERO James Michael Romero passed away October 8, 2012 in Golden, Colorado. His exact cause of death is unknown. According to the Jefferson County Coroner his death was the result of a sudden heart event. Jim suffered from Wolf Parkinson Syndrome for many years. Although he never complained of his suffereing he just let us know of this diagnosis and that he would no longer be able to work and began his medical disability until his death. James was born in Trinidad, Colorado on January 19, 1953 and was raised in Golden, Colorado where he attended Mitchell Elementary, Golden Junior High and Golden High School. James held several jobs before he began his disability. Coors Porcelain Plant and in the construction industry. He also received a degree in Culinary Arts at Emily Griffith in Denver, Colorado. James was intelligent and thorough he studied the Bible and could interpret any of its teachings. He read a lot and had excellent recall from his readings. He loved old movies; movies which detailed life stories. He was also mechanically inclined and had a great math aptitude. Jim loved Golden, Colorado and spent a lot of time walking around Golden. I truly believe Golden will miss him. James is survived by three brothers and a sister: Teresa J. Pfenneberger (Norman Pfenneberger), Joseph A. Romero, Louis G. Romero (Wendy Romero) and David G. Romero. Nieces and nephews: Kimberlee A. Gonzales, Mark F. Gonzales, Sarah Romero, Samantha Romero, Luke Romero and Logan Romero. Gran Nephews: Cannon Riley and Ridge Austin Gonzales and Lief Romero. Pre-Deceased family - Parent: Luciano & Cecilia Romero and baby brother Francis Romero. Birth: Jan 19, 1953, Denver, Colorado Death: Oct 8, 2012, Golden, Colorado
