James (Jim) Raymond Vincent James (Jim) Raymond Vincent, 73, of Colorado Springs, Colo., went to be with the Lord on February 6, 2021. He is survived by his children, Christopher (Jennifer) Vincent, Suzanne (Mario) Romero, and Matthew (Tricia) Vincent; 13 grandchildren and his wife, Debra (Quintana) Vincent, and her four children and four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Vincent, and Alice St. Jean. Jim was born in Massachusetts and graduated from Fitchburg State College with his Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics and joined the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He supplemented his military career with Master’s Degrees in Computer Science and Meteorology. He retired from the military after 23 years of honorable service and continued to serve as a civilian contractor. Jim loved to play piano and keep an immaculate yard. He enjoyed various sports including running and basketball in his youth. Jim loved teaching others about his faith and was a proud youth minister and leader of RCIA for many years with various parishes throughout the United States. He was a wonderful father, and grandfather and his legacy of love lives through his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the St. Jude Jim Vincent Memorial Fund. A rosary and mass at Our Lady of the Pines are scheduled for Tuesday, February 16, 2021 with a private interment of ashes at Evergreen Cemetery.
