Janis “Jan” M. Ward of Venice, FL passed away July 30, 2007. She was 69. She was born August 30, 1937 in Charleston, WV. She has been a resident since 2003 having come from Nathalie, VA. Survivors include her husband, David J. Ward of Venice, FL; son, Michael David Ward of Chesapeake, VA; daughter, Catherine Elise Caffiero of Venice, FL; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister, Catherine Branch of No. Plainfield, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be held at 10 AM, Friday, August 3 at Epiphany Cathedral. Inurnment immediately following the service at Venice Memorial Gardens.
