June 16th, 1942 - March 27th, 2015
Jean Driggers Fox passed peacefully at home on Friday, March 27th with her family by her side. Predeceased by her parents, Lois and Everett Driggers, and Henrietta Kelly Driggers, she is survived by her husband Tom, daughters Carol (David), Margie (Jim), Kim (Dustin), and her brothers Bill, Charlie, Ed, Tim and five grandsons. Jean was born June 16, 1942 in Sarasota. Raised in Venice, she graduated from Venice High School in 1961, married Tom in 1962, and was the owner of Fox Furniture in Venice. Visitations will be held at Farley Funeral Home – Venice, Tuesday, March 31st, 2-4 and 6-8. A memorial mass will be held at Epiphany Cathedral on Wednesday, April 1st at 9:45. The family wishes to thank Dr. Robert Lastomirsky and those that cared for her during her illness. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Epiphany Cathedral Church, First Baptist Church of Venice, or TLC Humane Society of Dahlonega, GA – tlchs.org.
