February 20th, 1962 - April 3rd, 2021
Jerald Keith Cullifer Jr., 59, of Columbia, SC, passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at Prisma Health Baptist Hospital in Columbia, SC. Jerald was born in Wurzburg, Germany to Jerald Keith Cullifer Sr. and Birdie Smoak Cullifer. Jerald was self-employed as a handyman. Jerald is predeceased by his parents; a son, Joshua Cullifer; and a brother, George E. Cullifer. Jerald is survived by two sons, Jerald K. Cullifer lll of Gainesville, VA and Benjamin Cullifer of Gaston, SC; one daughter, Karla Beltran of Indianapolis, IN; one brother, Larry T. Shepard of Columbia, SC; two sisters, Linda Y. Jones of Kansas City, MO. and Karen Cullifer of Ellabell, GA; three grandchildren, Draiden Terry, Dillis Mullins and Zoeylynn Cullifer. The family will have a Memorial service celebrating Jerald’s life at a later date. The Thompson Funeral Home at Greenlawn is assisting the Cullifer family.
