Jesse Barlow, 82, of Dundee, FL passed away on August 24, 2021. Born to Reverend Jesse and Ida Mae Barlow. He moved to the area in 1955 from Virginia. Jesse was a member of Eastside Assembly of God. He loved singing and playing piano. Jesse served as minister of music at several churches. He was the town commissioner for Dundee for 8 years. He was a teacher for 30 years and he was great with kids. Jesse enjoyed miniature light houses and miniature classic cars. Jesse was loved by everyone that knew him and he will be missed dearly by all. Jesse is preceded in death by his parents, Reverend Jesse Barlow and Ida Mae. Jesse is survived by his wife Mary Jane; precious children, Carole (Scott) Butler, Timothy Lowell (Amy) Barlow, Terry Barlow, Reverend Stephen (Andrea); precious grandchildren, Tristen, Timothy, Megan, Hunter, Evelyn, Madison, Iris, Daphne, Alyse; Brother, Joseph (Ruby) Barlow; brother in love, Dan (Deb) Lowell; sisters, Shirley Sword, Mary Lou Miles (Joey). Visitation will be Monday August 30, 2021, at 10:00 with service at 11:00 at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. The family of Jesse requests that all guests kindly wear a mask at the service.
