John Lucero passed away at the age of 92 on July 1, 2012. He was predeceased by his wife Rosella and daughter Charlotte Lopez. He is survived by his children; Donald, David (Edie), Ben (Kathy) Lucero and Tina Arellano. Numerous grandchildren and many other loving friends and relatives. Visitation will be on Monday, July 9th from 9:00 to 11:00 A.M., with funeral service to begin at 11:00 A.M., both at Romero Family Funeral Chapel, 4750 Tejon St. in Denver. Military honors will be rendered at the chapel, with cremation to follow and inurnment of both Johns' and Rosellas' cremains to be done at Ft. Logan National Cemetery at a later date.
