John E. Redding, 86, of Chicago, Illinois died Tuesday, November 14, 2006 in Chicago. John grew up in Sturgeon Lake and was a World War II veteran serving in the Air Force. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers, Francis, Morgan and Charles and a sister, Marcella. John is survived by his brother, Louis (Donna) Redding of Cloquet; a special nephew and friend, Michael Redding of Phoeniz, AZ and 10 nieces and nephews. Private services will be held in Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet with burial in Maple Grove Cemetery, Cloquet.
