John Samuel Sykes Sr, 63, of Winter Haven, Fl, passed away February 17, 2021. John was born on May 26,1957, to Charles R. Sykes and Irene Ponds in Melbourne, Fl. John was predeceased by his mother, Irene Ponds, father, Charles Sykes, step father Mike Wheatley, brother, Matthew Sykes and sister, Sara Scott. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Maria Lynn Sykes; brother, Andy Sykes; his 4 children, Sarah Lynn Walker, Samantha Jo Sykes, Jennifer Lynn Young, John Samuel Sykes,Jr., 10 grandchildren. Services will be held at Steele's Family Funeral Services on Saturday, February 27th, 2021 from 10am-12pm Come help us celebrate John's life with his family and friends.
