Jon Patterson

Jon(Jonny, Joe) Franklin Patterson passed away on Monday July 18th, 2016 due to a tragic motorcycle accident in Denver, Colorado. He was born on February 11th, 1986 in Rantoul, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his nephew; Aiden Patterson and his Aunts; Barbara Hinzman and Christine Conner. He is survived by his mother; Deborah Lane, grandmother; Phyllis Kasallis, sisters; Jennifer Patterson, Barbara Hull and Katie Patterson, brother; Stevie Tafoya, uncle; Thomas Kasallis, cousins; Jessica Irvin, Brandy Hinzman, Bethany Hinzman, Sarah Kasallis and Michelle Kasallis, nieces; Jasmine De la luz, Bethany De la luz, Madalynn Comstock, and nephews Brandon De la luz, Gabriel Plank, Kaleb Patterson, Kyler Hull, Kacee Hull, Kolten Mesch and Kody Mesch. Jonny was a unique spirit with a passion for the stranger side of life. He truly LIVED his life. Whether he was getting another tattoo or piercing, brewing his beers, playing his drums or creating beautiful pieces of work on his lathe, he did it with all of his heart. He did everything with his heart. He loved his motorcycle. He loved his music. He loved every creature on earth. But most of all, he loved his family. Jonny wasn’t like most people. His family wasn’t just the one he was born in to. Jonny didn’t have “friends.” If he loved you, you were family. He touched too many lives with his spirit to ever be forgotten…
