Jose M. Gonzalez October 16, 1950 ~ August 19, 2022 On Friday, August 19, 2022, Jose M. Gonzalez was called home to be with the Lord, surrounded by his family in Aurora, CO. He was born in Leon, Guanajuto, Mexico on October 16, 1950 to his parents, Bernabe & Maria Teresa Gonzalez. Joe was the first born to nine children born into the family. Joe attended Canaga Park High School in Canaga Park, CA. He atteneded California State University in Northridge, CA in Business. He was a salesman for over 50+ years. Joe loved football, his favorite teams were the Raiders and Rams. He spent a lot of time in the church and became a member of the Knights of Columbus in 2003. Joe loved his family and spent his free time with his grandchildren. Those who Joe has preceeded in death by is his Parents, Bernabe and Teresa; Brothers Luis and Pete; Sister Francis. Those who he is survived by and will cherish his loving memory, his wife of 42 years, Elvira Gonzalez; Sons, Joey, Jason, Jovan and Robert; Grandchildren Kaia, Keena, Sabrina, Joey, Jr., Jonathon, Lucian, Alias, Valerie and Sebastian.Brother Ed (Lalo)l Sisters, Teresa, Martha, Helen and Connie. A host of extended family and friends. Services will be as following; Visitation & Viewing, Thursday, September 1, 2022 at 5:00pm to 8:00pm, with a Rosary to be prayed at 6:00pm, Romero Funeral ~ Chapel of Respose, 15150 E. Iliff Avenue, Aurora, Colorado. Funeral Mass, Friday, September 2, 2022 at 10:00am, at Queen of Peace Parish, 13120 E Kentucky Avenue, Aurora, Colorado.
