Major Joseph E. Ferretti was born in the North Denver area of Colorado known as, “Little Italy”, on May 17, 1926. He was the triplet son of Henrietta, Kate, Malnatti and Giacomo, Jack, Ferretti. He was preceded in death by triplets Joan and Jack. They were the first triplets recorded in Denver history. Major Ferretti passed away peacefully on November 14, 2017. He was buried at Fort Logan National Cemetery with his wife, “Babe” , Florence Horvat Ferretti.
