She was born on November 3, 1936 in Citrus Heights, California to Kenneth Showerman and Myrtle (Guerrero) Thoms.Juanita did clerical work for the government.She was preceded in death by her husband, Athol Clarence Fields, and her parents, Kenneth and Myrtle Thoms; brother, Kenneth Thoms; and two half sisters, Patricia and Roberta. Juanita is survived by her daughter, Carol Ann (Chris) Hill; son, Kenneth Eugene (Anita) Knighten; step daughter, Marlene (Tom) Flores; step son, Curtis (Wendy) Fields; three grandchildren; nine step grandchildren; and seventeen great-grandchildren; brother, Richard Thoms; and sister, Judy Wagner.
