Judy West, beloved wife, mother and friend, passed away peacefully on September 28, 2015 at Lexington Medical Center. She was born on April 4, 1956 in Anderson, SC and lived vibrantly for 59 years. A funeral service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 2, 2015 in Thompson Funeral Home Lexington Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Judy was the youngest of three children born to James and Mary Cann. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth West and her parents, James and Mary Cann. She is survived by her only daughter, Victoria "Tori" West; and her sisters, Emily Graydon and Teresa Lee. Judy was known for her caring and loving spirit and was constantly the life of the party. She served as an x-ray technologist and mammographer for 35 years at Lexington Medical Center where she never met a stranger.
