Justin Paul Mills

Justin Paul Mills of Orlando, FL passed away on July 1, 2022, while working in the Philippines. He was 38 years old. Justin was born on December 24, 1983, at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, VA. He grew up mostly in Virginia Beach, VA; however; upon his father’s retirement from the Navy, they moved to Phillipsburg, NJ where he graduated high school in 2002. Justin eventually settled in Orlando, FL in 2016. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in August 2017. In May 2022, he received his MBA from The Carey Business School at Johns Hopkins University. Justin had been employed by Textron Systems since 2009 as a software engineer and most recently worked in the Philippines as a government contractor. He had a love for many things including playing poker, watching soccer, the Phillies and the Eagles, travelling, and of course his 1968 Camaro. But above all things Justin had a love for his family and friends. Justin is survived by his parents, Gregory L. Mills and Bessie A. Mills of Davenport, FL; sister, Heather L. Mills of Orlando, FL; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and the very best of friends. A celebration of Justin’s life will be held on August 12, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church in Virginia Beach, VA. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church.
