Kathleen “Kate"" Mary Lasken, 77, of North Port, Florida, formerly of New Bern, North Carolina, passed away on November 1, 2021. Kate was born on May 14, 1944, in Rutland, Vermont, to her parents, George and Noreen Tully. She made a career as a director in the healthcare industry. Kate was also a member of the Taberna Country Club and enjoyed golfing. She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Noreen Tully; husband, Rick Lasken; brother, Daniel Tully; brother's-in-law, Richard Angeley and Craig Brook. Kate is survived by her siblings, Terry Angeley of Bellingham, WA, Michael (Liz) Tully of New Bern, NC, George (Susan Cahill) Tully of Chevy Chase, MD, James (Barb) Tully of Glastonbury, CT, Margaret Tully (Dan Lazar) of Cornwell, CT, Mary Brook of Raleigh, NC, Noreen Tully (Mark) Hammond of Middletown, DE; stepsons, Robert Lasken (Greg Rogers) of Dallas, TX and Tom (Aimee) Lasken of Lake Forest, CA; numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. She is also survived by her beloved Yorkie, Rocky. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be sent in Kate's honor to the American Cancer Society.
