Kay Lorene (Cross) Caley July 16, 1936 ~ September 1, 2023 It is with profound sadness that we share with family and friends the passing of our Beloved Mother, Kay Lorene (Cross) Caley, who entered in the Presence of the Lord, whom she served faithfully, on September 1, 2023 She was born in Guthrie County, Iowa to her parents, Eddie and Violet (Mac Donald) Cross, she was the fourth of five children born in the family. She attended Panora High School in Panora, Iowa. She was a Senior Secretary for over 20 years in the Insurance Industry. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, cooking and singing gospel songs. Kay is preceded in death by her loving Husband, David L Caley, Sr; Son David L Caley, Jr and Daughter Linda (Caley) Holtz; both Parents, Eddie and Violet Cross; Sisters Zona (Cross) Lautt and Jean (Cross) Morales. Those who she is survived by and will cherish her loving memory are, Sons Eddie Caley, Sr and Guy Caley; Daughter Chris (Caley) Peppers; 14 Grandchildren, 20 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great-Great Grandchildren; Brother Frank Cross; Sister Linda (Cross) Detlefson.
