She is survived by her husband, Ernest Jr. Billups; two sons, Ernest Jermaine Bell, and Terrance Tremaine Bell; two daughters, Natasha Bell, and Natoya Shardai Bell; her father, Walter Bell; two sisters, Darla Jo Singleton, and Kimberely Kniki Bell; and her six grandchildren, Meani Zahleah Doolittle, Zah Khia Monyae Poole, Mayeli Xiamora Sandoval, Lorenzo Demante Sandoval, Teghen Bell, and Lillianna Bell.
