Kevin Brent Curtis

Kevin Brent Curtis of Mesa, Arizona has unexpectedly returned home to his Heavenly Father on Wednesday February 8, 2017. Kevin was born to Brent DeMar Curtis and Teri June West on May 31, 1989. He attended Mountain View High School where he excelled in sports and academics and received many honorable awards. He was the hardest worker you ever met, an electrician by trade. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, hiking, and riding dirt bikes. He was fearless in everything he did and his greatest desire was to be a cowboy just like his late Grandpa Glenn West. He loved riding bulls as well as working on cattle ranches. His dream was to one day have a ranch of his own. Kevin was loved by all, and came from a good and loving family. He will be remembered by those he came in contact with as a man with a heart of gold. He was kind, caring, loving, and found the good in people despite their struggles. He had faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and was quick to share that with others through service and friendship. One of the greatest blessings in his life was the birth of his beautiful son Ryder Glenn Curtis. He loved Ryder dearly and wanted nothing more than to be the best daddy to his son. He is survived by his sweetheart Kiani Rowan and his son Ryder; parents Brent and Teri Curtis; siblings Michael Amber Adair, Chad Jessica Nance, Christi Jonathan Anderson, Kyle Kelsey Smith, Tyler, Heidi, and Collin. He is also survived by grandparents DeMar and Anna Curtis, 16 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held from 6-8pm on Thursday February 16, at Meldrums Mortuary, 52 N. Macdonald, Mesa Az 85201. The funeral services with be held at 10am on Friday February 17th at the LDS church building on Old Gilbert Rd. 2424 N. Old Gilbert Rd., Mesa, Az 85213. Kevin will be laid to rest at the Mesa cemetery.
