Survived by husband, Matthew Katz; daughter, Chelsea Perez; parents, George and Lily Medina; siblings, Chris (Adria) Medina, Kenneth (Hayley) Medina and Jim (Cleo) Medina; grandmother, Henrietta Martinez. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. Funeral Service, 11 AM Friday at Victory Outreach Church, 460 S. Kipling St., Lakewood. Interment at Mt.
