The Biography of Leslie Rouseeau Leslie Rousseau, also known as Widdie, was born on September 11,1937 In Chicago, Illinois to Leroy and Helen Rousseau. He transitioned on September 4, 2020. Family From his immediate, to extended, to spiritual family, he influenced the lives of so many. He made a difference in many people's lives, and we will never forget his Infectious smile. We are grateful for the love he shared. Education He attended the University of Nebraska where he received a degree in business, With a minor in psychology. He also studied and became fluent in Russian. Military Service As a young man, he served in the United States Air Force working in Strategic Air Command. Careers After his military service he worked for the federal government across 8 states managing and contracting federal surplus property. As an entrepreneur, he was the owner and founder of 1st Choice Appraisal Company, Inc. He was a licensed Colorado realtor, broker and property manager. Later in life, as a Deacon, For over 17 years, he counseled, ministered and mentored many imprisoned young men and women. Awards and Hobbies Throughout his life he had many accomplishments and awards. He published an article in 1954 on Serigraphy and one of his most notable Achievements was receiving a U.S. patent in 2002 for his invention of a Universal Voice Communicator translator. He also enjoyed fishing, singing, dancing, and relaxing while watching a good western. He will always be forever loved, forever missed and in our hearts forever.
