Lillian Mae Thompson, of Westminster, passed away on February 11, 2012 at the age of 83. Born in San Francisco, California, she worked as a secretary for Admiral Hatch during World War II, and then volunteered for the Red Cross during the Korean War as a “Gray Lady”. Later in life, she was a promoter for Women’s Stock Car races.
