Linda Marie Van Tine
September 25th, 1960 - September 16th, 2020
Linda Van Tine, age 59, of Phoenix, AZ was granted her angel wings on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 when she was killed suddenly in a motorcycle accident. Military services will be held at a later date. Linda was born on September 25, 1960 in Yale, Michigan to Charles and Eileen (Woods) Van Tine. She was a 1978 graduate of Oxford High School in Oxford, MI. Linda served in the United States Air Force, as an Avionics Technician where she was stationed and eventually moved to Arizona. Linda was a dedicated friend and hard-worker. She loved riding her Harley and getting her motorcycle license was one of her happiest accomplishments. She could also be found out hunting for snakes or trying her luck at the casinos. Her dogs were her fur babies, and would go everywhere with her. Eventually, she became "Nina" to her 3 grandchildren. She was so proud to be their Nina, and loved showing them off to friends and family. Preceded in death by her parents Charles and Eileen (Woods) Van Tine; brother, Ron Van Tine and sister Joanne Girard. She is survived by her only daughter, Juanita (Hernandez) Consoer and son-in-law, Kris Consoer; 3 grandchildren, Mady, Michael and Mercedes Consoer; her brothers Ray and Clayt Van Tine, and sister Cheryl Stinson; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
