Lola E. Griego passed away in Thornton, Colorado on June 14, at the age of 96. She was preceded in death by her husband: Manuel Griego, her sons: Joseph, Albert (Maureen), and Larry Griego. She is survived by her children Priscilla (Manuel, deceased) Gonzales, Johanna (Jimmy) Gonzales, Orlando (Vivian) Griego and Daughter in-law; Viola Griego. Grandchildren, Joseph Griego, Danielle Griego, Christopher Griego, Bernadette Griego Sanders, Sharon Thompson, Patrick Griego, Tina Ann Ella, Roseann Gonzales Schreiner, Manuel Gonzales, III, Dolores Gonzales Limon, James Gonzales, Frank Gonzales, Mike Gonzales (deceased), Steve Gonzales, Marshaan Griego, Macario Griego, Ortavio Griego; 25 great grandchildren and many other loving friends and extended family. Visitation to be held at 6:00p.m. to 7:00p.m., Rosary to follow on Tuesday, June 17th at 7:00 P.M. both at Romero Family Funeral Home, 4750 Tejon St., Funeral Mass, Wednesday, June 18, 2014 at 11:30am, at Our Lady of Visitation, 2531 W. 65th Place, Denver. Interment, Fort Logan National Cemetery, 1:30pm, Stage Area "B.". Reception to follow graveside service at Our Lady of Visitation hall, 2531 W, 65th Place, Denver.
