Madeline Quintana

August 12th, 1946 - July 19th, 2023

"Madeline Quintana, entered the kingdom of Heaven Wednesday, July 19th 2023 in Loveland, CO. She was born August 12th 1946 in Longmont, Colorado to Jose C. and Dora Martinez. She was preceded in death by both of her parents, her brother John Martinez, her sisters Sabina Martinez, Margie Romero and Bernadette Bernal. Furthermore, she is survived by her sister Josie Valdez and her brother Joe Martinez. As well as her sons Andrew, Anthony, and Angelo Quintana, her grandchildren Daniel, Brittany and Petra, and her two great-grandsons Angel and Eezyah. She was a surrogate mother and Nana figure to anyone without close family or those estranged from their own families. She will be remembered as one of the kindest and empathetic people, to those that had the pleasure of knowing her and loving her. Not only that, but she always had kind comforting words, a shoulder to cry on, a meal or sometimes even a place to stay, for anyone in need. There was always room for one more chair, one more plate at her holiday table. Time and time again she always put other people's needs ahead of her own, she never judged, never held a grudge, and she always forgave. She lived her life the way a true disciple of Jesus should. Her greatest joy was to do for others, one of her hobbies was crocheting, and it was her passion to crochet blankets, purses, dolls and numerous other types of keepsakes that she gave away to family and friends, that were always made with love and dedication. Nothing meant more to her than family, be for her children and grandchildren her siblings for her numerous nieces and nephews, she was always there for all of them whenever they needed her. Her loss will be felt for a long time, but her kindness, empathy, wisdom and character will live on for generations, as the shining example of how to have a life so well lived in service to others and dedication to God and her church. Services are still yet to be determined and will be held at St. The Baptist Catholic Church in Longmont, CO."
