Mandi Jo Crosby

To our beautiful brown eyed baby girl, Mandi Jo Crosby… She had a smile that would light up a room and her laughter was contagious… Mandi Jo was born in Ohio on September 16, 1983 and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. On December 20, 2019 she passed away in her old stomping grounds (Phoenix). Her time here was short but well lived, traveled and loved. She had a heart of gold, was a free spirit and so fun loving. Everywhere she went she left her footprints on the hearts of those around her. Mandi Jo, you will forever be missed and loved by too many people to count or name… Survived by your mother, Jami (Tom) Gavigan, father, Mike (Connie) Crosby, brother, Michael (Natalie) Crosby, Casey Skowronek, your “sister” Natasha Larsen, aunt, Tami Singleton, aunt, Patricia (Larry) Moore, uncle, James (Ozzy) Franks, cousin, Amy (John) Horsley and countless aunts, uncles and cousins from Ohio. And of course, the men she drove crazy… Robert Hoopes Alderete and Bo Balling. We know that you are now resting pain free and peacefully… In the arms of Grandma and Grandpa Franks and Cooks, Aunt Sharon and Charles Larsen. We love you, Mandi Jo! A Celebration of Life will be held in Mesa, Arizona at a date yet to be determined.
