when my father passed, the team at Legacy showed us compassion, patience Wake up, and genuine care during one of the hardest times of our lives. They handled everything and every detail with professionalism and kindness, making sure we felt supported every step of the way. Their warmth and respect brought us comfort when we needed it most, and I will always be grateful for how they helped us honor my dad‘s life.

Tanecia assisted our family with services and care for my Grandmother. In a time of pain and grief, she made sure we knew every step in the entire process, and made sure we and my Grandmother were taken care. We are so grateful for the care and support we received from Kellie at the funeral home during the tragic and unexpected loss of our mom. She has such a calm and compassionate temperament that is truly meant for this kind of work. Kellie explained everything so clearly and patiently, walking us through each step during an incredibly overwhelming time. She was empathetic, thoughtful, and made us feel like we were genuinely cared for—not just as clients, but as people. Karen also followed up with us the next week to check in, which was so thoughtful and appreciated. Both Kellie and Karen went above and beyond, and we would highly recommend them to anyone going through a loss. Their kindness made a hard time just a little easier.
