Margaret Ellen Graham, beloved wife, mother, sister, aunt, grandma and friend, age 78, passed away January 16, 2021 in Gilbert, Arizona. Born on February 1, 1942 in Ord, Nebraska, proud parents Margaret Mary (Davey) Douthit and Walter William Douthit. Margaret attended college in both Nebraska and California, earning degrees in music and education. She taught in Arizona, California and Nebraska before becoming a successful real estate broker with her husband, Gary. She married Gary Allen Graham on April 15, 1963 in Ord. Margaret is preceded in death by her parents and her husband. She is survived by her children, Jim and Cindy Graham (Fort Collins, CO), and Kaye and Jim Howell (Queen Creek, AZ), as well as five grandchildren: Brittany, Caitlyn, Nicholas, Jared and Chance, and all her brothers and spouses: Dr. Jim Douthit and Margaret, Dr. John Douthit and Alice, Bruce Douthit and Lily and Spencer Douthit and Kay; and all the loving nieces and nephews. Margaret involved herself with the Catholic Church, theater, singing, helping feral cats, and dog sitting. She loved tennis, riding horses, traveling and socializing. Margaret was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Most importantly, Margaret was dedicated to her family. Whenever she could be there for her children or grandchildren, she was there. She supported all activities and decisions they were involved with and truly enjoyed watching them all grow and succeed. She will be sorely missed.
