Maria was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband, Matthew, of Venice; children Jeanne Monti of Sarasota, John Monti of Mt. Joy, PA, Bernadette Calamaras of Sarasota, Debora Ann Costa of Beach Lake, PA, Patricia Price of Westfield, NJ, Matthew Hand of Toms River, NJ, Laura Espada of Clayton, NC, Victoria Wagner of Clayton, NC, Luke Hand of Lehigh Acres, FL, and Chris Hand of Aberdeen, NC; 17 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Visitation will be at Farley Funeral Home, Venice Chapel on Wednesday, September 25th from 2-4, 6-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Thursday, September 26th at 1 PM. Burial will follow at VeniceMemorialGardens. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Tidewell Hospice.
