Marie "Snowball" Elizabeth Peterson, beloved wife and sister of Thomas Peterson and Paul Barker, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2024 at the age of 80. Born July 7, 1944.
Marie was known for her love of outings, such as Galveston, fishing, sailboating and gardening. Marie loved her seafood and Mexican food. She loved to garden and had a baby rose she loved. She grew up in Brannum, Texas and later pursued a career in Sales. Marie dedicated her life to being happy and being her husband’s best friend.
Marie is survived by her husband, Tom and brother, Paul, who will miss her dearly. She will be fondly remembered by all her friends and staff in the community and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Condolences can be shared at Springs Funeral Home. Marie will be cremated and family will pay their last respects.
