Marilyn Rose Grover, 82 of Cloquet died Thursday, March 8, 2012 in Inter-Faith Care Center in Carlton surrounded by family. She was born August 20, 1929 in Cloquet to Frank and Rose (Bro) Rabideau. On October 6, 1948 Marilyn married James Grover. Marilyn was a member of the Carlton VFW Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, reading, and doing puzzles. She especially enjoyed crocheting beautiful doilies and table cloths for family and friends. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband, James; grandson, David Nordstrom; son-in-law, Joseph Pavkovich; and a great grandson, Noah Carlson. She is survived by her children, Patricia (Bill) Quinton of Albertville, AL, Gail (Bob) Grover-Rench of Sturgeon Lake, Frances (Romaine) Anderson of Cloquet, Ronald (LaRee) Grover of Cloquet, Jamie Pavkovich of Cloquet, and Lois (Rick) Lundgren of Silver Bay; 21 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Memorial Services were held on Monday, March 12, 2012 in the Atkins Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th St. in Cloquet. Inurnment was in Hillside Cemetery.
