Mary Carrillo Figueroa

Mary C. Figueroa (1938–2023) Mary Carrillo Figueroa, 85, of Mesa, Arizona, died of natural causes on December 6, 2023. She was born in Springerville, AZ in 1938. She is the daughter of Emma Hill and Alisandro Carrillo and is survived by her eldest sister Helen Armijo (Porfirio) and her younger brother Richard Carrillo (Linda). She is preceded in death by her siblings,Teo Carrillo (Lucy), Paul Carrillo (Betty), Raymond Carrillo (Andrea), Margaret Armijo (Esaias), Ida Baca, and Irene Pascal. She has many nieces and nephews as well as many great nieces and nephews! Mary is preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Agustín Mario Figueroa, and her great granddaughter Lillyanna. She has six daughters, Melanie, Carlana (Bodine), Francheska (Brian), Roberta (Gonzalo), Felicia, and Elvira. She has 15 grandchildren, T.J. (Brittany), Dusty (Candice), Chadd, Cole (Bre), Jeannette (Josh) Jocelyn, Jacob (Adriana), Justina (Ray), Kai, Izzy, Simon, A.C., Ally, Jordin, Jalen, and Amaya. She also has 14 great grandchildren, Easton, Audyanna, Brody, Daxton, Penelope, Jaxton, Oliver, Ace, Charlie, Rhetton, Aaron, Isaiah, and Mason. Mary also had a very close relationship with her former son-in-law Larry Johnson and his wife Roxanne and always considered them family. We will carry on Mary’s legacy of family first always!
