Mary Olson Jordan

Mary Olson Jordan, 81, of Winter Haven died Wednesday, November 14, 2012 at the Good Shepherd Hospice Residence Center due to cancer. Born March 3, 1931 in Winter Haven, she was a lifelong resident of the area and grew up in Dundee, FL and she was co-owner of Olson-Jordan Groves. She was a member of St. Marks Episcopal Church in Haines City; a member of the Sandspur Garden Club; a Life Master Bridge Player; and served many years as a pink lady at the old Heart of Florida Hospital. She is survived by: 3 sons, James C. Jordan of Austin, TX; Michael L. Jordan of Chesapeake, VA and John G. Jordan of Riverview, FL; a brother, John Edward Olson of Winter Haven; 12 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be at 2:00pm, Sunday, November 18, 2012 in the Oak Ridgew Funeral Care Chapel in Winter Haven.
