Mary Virginia Medina April 24, 1934 ~ November 10, 2018 "Don't grieve for me, for now I'm free I'm following the path God laid for me. I took His hand when I heard Him call I turned my back and left it all. I could not stay another day. To laugh, to love, to work or play. Tasks left undone must stay that way I found that peace on that morning day." Our beloved Mother, Virginia went home to be with the Lord on Saturday morning, surrounded by her loving family at her home in Firestone, Colorado. She was born on April 24, 1934 in Denver, Colorado to her parents Henry and Jennie Stine. She married Juan Medina, Jr; who went home to be with the Lord on May 11, 2018, and now they are both together again. Visitation will be Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at 6:00pm, with a Prayer Service to follow at 7:00pm; at The Healing Place, 17801 E. 160th Avenue, Brighton, Colorado. Celebration of Life Service, Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 11:00am at The Healing Place, 17801 E. 160th Avenue, Brighton, Colorado; Interment to follow Service at Mountain View Memorial Park, Boulder, Colorado. We ask those who attend Thursday's Celebration of Life Service to wear their favor Local (Buffs, AVS, Broncos, Nuggets, Rockies, etc) sports jersey in honor of Virginia.
