Mary Helen Meier

Mary Helen (Thompson) Meier, age 90 of St. Paul, MN, passed away Monday, August 29, 2022 at her home at the Lilydale Senior Residence. She died peacefully in her sleep. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Marie (Vachon) Thompson, and all six of her beloved siblings. Mary is survived by her husband of 68 years, Hugh Charles Meier; her five children, Cindra (Bruce) Borrman, David (Jennifer) Meier, Saundra (Thomas) Cullen, Daniel (Krista) Meier, and Thomas (Milo) Meier. She is also survived by her twelve grandchildren, Aaron (Julie) Meier, Amanda (Kevin) St. Clair, Kyleleen (Travis) Bartnick, Lindsay (Paul) Ziezulewicz, Andrew (Elisabeth) Meier, Matthew Borrman, Catherine (David) Millard, Erik Borrman, Molly Cullen, Kelly Cullen, Jack Meier, and Cash Meier. She was great grandmother to eleven (one to be born October, 2022) great-grandchildren. Mary was a wonderful daughter, sibling, wife, mother, grandmother, business entrepreneur, and friend. She lived a life of loving and caring for others that is truly remarkable. Her high level hospitality and constant kindness to all will be her lasting legacy.
