Maureen Endee, 81, of North Port, FL and formerly of Neptune, NJ passed away on June 25, 2021, in North Port, FL. She was born on August 10, 1939, in Brooklyn, NY to the parents of Anthony and Anna Schulter Amoroso. She was a homemaker and taught ceramics. She was a volunteer for Tidwell Hospice serving 22 years with the organization. She received the Presidents Volunteer Service Award in 2010 as well as the National Volunteers Are The Foundation of Hospice Award in 2019. She is survived by her four sons, Kevin (Suzanne) Endee of North Port, FL, Dennis (Lesley) of North Port, FL, Douglas of Franklinville, NJ, and Lance (Debra) of Jackson, NJ; nine grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Walter Endee; and one brother Ronald Gillen. Visitation will be held at Farley Funeral Home in North Port on June 29, 2021 from 9-10:00am. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am. A graveside service will take place at Venice Memorial Gardens (1950 Center Road, Venice, FL 34292) immediately following services at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Tidewell Hospice.
