Mavis Virginia Karr, 81 of Cloquet died Thursday, April 26, 2007 in her home. She was born April 15, 1926 in Cloquet to John and Helen Karr. Mavis graduated from Cloquet High School in 1944. She worked at Potlatch for 43 years and was a member of the Potlatch Quarter Century Club. Mavis is survived by her brother, Jack (Carole) Karr of San Bernardino, Calif.; nieces and nephews, Richard, Nance, and Gregg; and her longtime friend, Dick Wisneski of Cloquet. Graveside Services: Monday, July 16, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery in Cloquet. Arrangements entrusted to Northland Funeral Home, 801 14th Street, Cloquet.
