Michael H. Korn, 53, of Venice passed away unexpectedly at home on April 18, 2014. Michael was born August 25, 1960 to Ruth Ann (Dale) and Harold Edmund Korn, who have preceded him in death. Mike moved to the Venice area in 1971. He received his education at Venice High School. He was an A/C tech for 25+ years. Mike was working on his recovery through the help of his fellow members. He will be missed by all. Survivors include his loving wife, Valerie; son, Micheal; sister, Cherie; brothers, Ted, David, Bruce, and Lynn. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to cover funeral expenses. Please send to Farley Funeral Home, 265 S. Nokomis Avenue, Venice, FL 34285. A Celebration of Life Picnic will be held at the North Jetty starting at 10 AM, Saturday, May 31st. Please bring a dish and a memory to share.
