Michael Scott Lloyd

Michael Scott Lloyd, of Haines City, FL passed away on July 1, 2022. He was born on June 13, 1968 in Passaic, NJ. He was 54. Michael moved to Haines City, FL in 2018 from Altamonte Springs, FL, he worked for Rover as a dog boarding for 6 years and he was of the Christian faith. Michael enjoyed music, playing the guitar, drawing, being on the lake on his boat, but most of all he loved his family. It was said that he was protective of his family and anyone who knew him, was drawn to his sweet, gentle, loving, yet spirited personality. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife, of 9 years, Amanda Elaine Rossi; mother, Irene Mary Smith of Gainesville, NY; children, Michael Lloyd of Penn Yann, NY, Greyson Lloyd of Haines City, FL, Jayce Lloyd of Haines City, FL and Alannah Lloyd of Haines City, FL. He will be truly missed by all. A visitation will be held on Friday, July 8, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. follow by a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. all at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Haines City, FL. Final resting place will be at St. Mary's Cemetery in Saddle Brook, NJ. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Michael’s family in person or sent by mail to 1001 Grace Ave Haines City, FL 33844.
