Monica Rios was born November 11th, 1966, in Greeley, Colorado to Frank and Lupe Rios. As the oldest child, Monica was followed by Connie and Frank Jr. Monica grew up in West Denver and attended West High School. Monica is preceded in death by her mother, Lupe Rios. She leaves behind her father, Frank, younger siblings, Connie and Frank Jr, as well as her nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, chosen family and chosen children. Monica will be greatly missed by everyone that she encountered.
